Will my insurance company pay for a rental car?



Yes, if you have rental coverage. Check with your insurance agent if you have rental coverage and the amount your insurance covers (partial or full). We do not offer on-site rental vehicles but can assist you and can even have your rental car at our shop waiting for your arrival.

Do I need more than one estimate?



No. More than one estimate is not necessary but it is up to you to decide how many estimates you would like. It is your choice of where you would like your vehicle repair. Once you have selected us as your repair shop, the insurance company can deal directly with us.

When can I wax my vehicle after repairs?



Do not wax or polish the vehicle in the first 90 days. This will allow the finish to cure completely. After the first 90 days keep a coat of polish or wax on the vehicle. This will help keep your finish looking new.

Can I have my vehicle repaired at the shop of my choice?



Yes, it is your responsibility, and your right, to choose who will repair your vehicle. Also, if you cannot decide on a repair facility, your insurance company can recommend a repair shop. Many insurance companies offer Direct Repair Programs that take the hassle out of the claim process and provide for quicker repairs.

How do I pay my deductible?



Deductible is due at the time of pickup of your car. It is your responsibility to pay Bruce’s Body Shop when you pick up your vehicle. We accept cash, check.

Can you waive or help with my deductible?



Our shop provides deductible assistance programs for former and active military members and first responders. Ask how you can qualify when booking your appointment.

Is there a warranty on the repairs performed on my vehicle?


